Lapa Lange Lodge

Lapa Lange Lodge is located in central Namibia, in the area of Mariental and Hardap Resort, around 300 km/3 hours of driving fr om Windhoek. Location: 35 km from Marietnal on road M29, near route Gochas - Mata-Mata. The lodge is set around waterhole frequented by variety of wildlife including giraffe, springbok, oryx, zebra, kudu, blesbok as well as rhino and cheetah.

The lodge has 360 degrees climate controlled lounge, occasionally used for conferencing (seats 50), weddings, game viewing over waterhole, equipped with TV, small library and pool. Rhino Hall is used for conferences while Elephant Hall is a large circular dining room/venue hall with fire place and rest rooms. Lapa is a large lounge with TV, rest rooms, curio shop, bar, wine cellar, fire place and Pizza oven. Bush Boma is an outdoor dining area wh ere Bushmen perform. Wi-Fi connection is available at Lapa Lange Lodge.

Accommodation at Lapa Lange consists of 1 x executive Villa, 1 x premium luxury Villa (comes with own chef!), 4 x superior suites (with both bath and a shower), 3 x family chalets (accommodating max of 4 persons) and 14 x luxury rooms. Camping is available as well - two campsites, each with own ablution power outlets, lights, water, wash basin as well as mobile barbeque. Fully equipped ablution block serves both sites. Total accommodation capacity is 52 beds in 27 rooms/23 units.

Dining at Lapa Lange: the lodges has three restaurants - outside lamb spit braai, The Boma (place for traditional Namibian barbecue - braai and Bushman dancing) and main inhouse restaurant.

Activities at Lapa Lange include: stargazing, sundonwer game drives, dunes drives, hiking trails, Bushmen activities: Bushman walk, village visit and cultural dance. Also on offer: cheetah walk, cheetah feeding, boma barbecue and morning game drives.
