Fish River Canyon
Namibia Wildlife Resorts' Ai-Ais Resort is ever popular with local and overseas travellers. Place of mineral water hot springs, its name is a Khoekhoen word which can be translated as ''fire water''. Ai-Ais rest camp was opened in 1971 and closed down for a while in 1972, 1974 and 1988 after floods.
